El pr\u00f3ximo 30 de septiembre a las 12.00h<\/strong> Toledo acoger\u00e1 por tercera vez el Campeonato Internacional Solidario de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico. Un evento que se enmarca en las actividades culturales de Toledo 30\u00ba Aniversario Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Estamos encantados e ilusionados de volver a organizar, por tercera vez, este evento que reconoce y premia al cortador <\/strong>que demuestre sus mejores cualidades. Desde la calidad del corte hasta la creatividad en el emplatado.<\/p>\n

Un evento solidario<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde Grupo Tello Alimentaci\u00f3n os animamos a todos a ser testigos de este sabroso evento con fines solidarios.<\/p>\n

Todos aquellos que os acerqu\u00e9is a la plaza del Ayuntamiento de Toledo podr\u00e9is degustar platos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico a un precio simb\u00f3lico<\/strong>, cuya recaudaci\u00f3n se destinar\u00e1 a Banco de Alimentos Toledo y C\u00e1ritas. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cortadores profesionales<\/strong><\/p>\n

Este evento constituye la prueba clasificatoria para la final de 2018<\/strong> del Campeonato de Espa\u00f1a. Los 8 cortadores que se dar\u00e1n cita en Toledo ser\u00e1n elegidos por la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n<\/strong> seg\u00fan su experiencia y curr\u00edculum.<\/p>\n

Los 8 cortadores que se enfrenten en la plaza del Ayuntamiento de Toledo ser\u00e1n evaluados por un jurado<\/strong> compuesto por campeones de Espa\u00f1a de corte de jam\u00f3n y por reconocidos profesionales del mundo del jam\u00f3n. Para elegir a los 3 clasificados se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y art\u00edsticos<\/strong> como: el perfilado de la pieza por ambas caras, el estilo y emplatado durante el corte, la limpieza y el orden de la zona de trabajo, el grosor, tama\u00f1o y rectitud de las lonchas, el emplatado, la presentaci\u00f3n de los mismos, la creatividad o la eficacia y eficiencia de cada participante.<\/p>\n
