Existen alternativas y maneras de enfocar los entrenamientos para poder realizarlos de manera eficiente y as\u00ed, no truncar las jornadas de ejercicio debido a las altas temperaturas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>En este post quiero daros 5 consejos para poder continuar con los entrenamientos y seguir avanzando:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6>01. Beber agua<\/h6>\n<p>Con altas temperaturas hay que beber al menos dos vasos de agua m\u00e1s de lo habitual. Es importante que la sensaci\u00f3n de sed no llegue a vuestro cuerpo ya que es un s\u00edntoma de deshidrataci\u00f3n, adelantaros a esa sensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si opt\u00e1is por salir a <strong>correr a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong> es importante que os hidrat\u00e9is bien durante el d\u00eda anterior. En caso de <strong>salir a entrenar por la tarde<\/strong> deb\u00e9is hidrataros bien por la ma\u00f1ana sin olvidar beber <strong>un vaso de agua cada hora<\/strong>. Es importante que asegur\u00e9is una buena hidrataci\u00f3n con l\u00edquidos que contengan electrolitos ya que, al sudar se pierden una gran cantidad de sales minerales que es importante reponer.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>02. Horario de los entrenamientos<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>En \u00e9poca de altas temperaturas lo aconsejable es salir a entrenar a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana o a \u00faltima hora de la tarde para <strong>evitar las horas con mayor temperatura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>03. Material recomendado<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Es importante llevar el material deportivo adecuado para hacer vuestro entrenamiento m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. En primer lugar, utilizar <strong>prendas transpirables<\/strong>, de manga corta y colores claros. <strong>Las gafas y la gorra<\/strong> os ayudar\u00e1n a protegeros de los rayos del sol y evitar que incidan sobre vosotros directamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un consejo<\/strong>: poner un poco de <strong>hielo bajo la gorra<\/strong> os proporcionar\u00e1 un efecto refrigerante que durar\u00e1 hasta 40 minutos. Os ser\u00e1 de gran ayuda ya que mientras el hielo se va derritiendo la sensaci\u00f3n de calor disminuir\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>04. Las sombras<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>En la medida de lo posible, <strong>aprovechar las sombras<\/strong>. No dud\u00e9is en disfrutar de cualquier tipo de sombra por peque\u00f1a que sea, ya que aliviar\u00e1 la sensaci\u00f3n de calor. Cuando realic\u00e9is pausas para estirar o beber agua buscar una sombra \u00a1os ayudar\u00e1 a refrigeraros!<\/p>\n<h6><strong>05. El cuidado de la piel<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>En verano, \u00e9poca en que los rayos del sol inciden con m\u00e1s fuerza sobre la piel, es importante que la cuid\u00e9is y protej\u00e1is.
