cm<\/p>\n<p>Salsa:<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 taza de<strong>\u00a0zumo de<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>naranja\u00a0<\/strong>reci\u00e9n exprimido<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de\u00a0<strong>az\u00facar moreno<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cucharadita de\u00a0<strong>chile<\/strong>\u00a0molido<br \/>\n1\/4 cucharadita de<strong>\u00a0sal<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cucharadita de<strong>\u00a0pimienta negra\u00a0<\/strong>molida<br \/>\n1 cucharada de\u00a0<strong>aceite de colza<\/strong><span class=\"rojo\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div salsa mezclando a la vez el zumo de naranja, el az\u00facar moreno, el chile molido, la sal y la pimienta deberemos remover bien todos los ingredientes mientras le a\u00f1adimos el \u00a0aceite de colza.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado pondremos el solomillo en una bolsa de alimentos ermetica y le a\u00f1adiremos la salsa, la rerraremos bien y la dejaremos reposar en la nevera entre dos y seis horas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colocaremo alternativamente pedazos de solomillo y mango en brochetas met\u00e1licas, y \u00a0cada una de ellas le untaremos bien los restos de la salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Asaremos las brochetas a fuego medio-alto, en una parrila, dej\u00e1ndolas que se hagan durante unos cuatro minutos aproximadamente por cada lado (Seg\u00fan los
